Wooden Railway

These wooden railways are excellent for young children (and their Dads) in the nursery or at home.

The track is very robust: step on it and there's no damage done, and it's easily fitted together by even the youngest hands.

It's good for imaginative play - This is me on the train going to the seaside.

It's good for hand-eye coordination fitting the track together and pushing the train along it - Look what I can do by myself.

And it's good for early maths - Have I got enough track to go all the way to the big table?

Additionally, it's classic material for three stages of socialisation: playing alone, playing alongside and playing with.

If you have this at home you'll know that family and friends soon start adding to it at birthdays and festivals and soon you've got ten times what you started with!
